A very pretty, well built, 13.1hh, 4 year old grey mare who was backed last year and is coming on very nicely.  Gilly has taken to ridden work like a duck to water, and is hacking out safely, first or last, with a young rider.  She is bright, enthusiastic, quick to learn and enjoys jumping too. She is great with small children and will make a super family pony (being big enough to carry a lightweight adult) or childs second pony. Gilly would enjoy pony club and has the potential to go far with a competant rider.  She also enjoys “horse agility” and is bold and confident in all she encounters. Elvis is an adorable black, four year old Dartmoor gelding standing at approximately 11.2hh. He is a real character pony, very bright and inquisitive yet gentle and easy to handle in every way.  Elvis was broken in to ride in summer 2012 and is now coming on very well with his young riders, proving safe, sensible and great fun!  He is hacking out confidently and has attended a rally with lots of other horses, which he took in his stride. He is regularly handled by young children, has competed in agility obstacle courses with children and will make a super lead rein or childs first ridden pony.  He has also been taught to draft pulling light objects and with a little more work will be ideal for carriage driving or working the land when all the children have finished with him!  You have to meet Elvis to appreciate his great charachter and sense of humour!  Price £950, can be viewed at Springwater Stables, Bridford.
